Pick a team. You get every prospect we track in that system with a locked call-up probability, the projected window, and where the organization sits on promotion speed. The org tier is the part most prospect coverage leaves out, and it is often the reason a ready player is still in Triple-A.
CUP is the locked probability that the player makes an MLB appearance within 90 days of the run date. It is set once and graded when the window closes, hit or miss. Window is a projected call-up month with a confidence tier, not a promise, and it is never graded. Org tier is a behavior prior built from how that franchise has actually acted when a player was ready. Where a numeric coefficient is shown, it comes from a scored run; the other twenty clubs carry a tier only, because we have not published a number for them and will not invent one. Full detail in the org guide and the methodology.
Resolved predictions move off this tool and onto the record, where they are scored. Live movement between runs is on the PIX board.
